When you book an appointment with Discover Chiropractic Broomfield, your new patient paperwork will be emailed to you, so you can complete it online and submit it electronically, saving you the hassle of printing or coming in early to fill out paperwork. When you arrive, Dr. Nye or Dr. Schwartz will greet you personally and make you feel welcome.
Your First Visit
At this visit, we take the time to make sure you feel comfortable with us and with chiropractic. We are passionate about education, and we’ll explain how chiropractic care works, and how it can help with both pain relief and wellness.
Your chiropractor will talk with you about your health history and the symptoms or condition that prompted you to seek our care. We want to understand your concerns and answer any questions you may have. Next, we’ll conduct a thorough examination, which includes on-site digital X-rays to help us diagnose your problem. We’ll schedule you for a follow-up appointment either later the same day or the next day, giving us time to review your case and develop a plan of care.
Your Second Visit
When you return, we’ll talk in-depth about your situation and how we recommend treating it, as well as the costs involved. Once again, we’ll answer all your questions so you can become an active participant in your health journey. And if we can’t help you, we’ll refer you to someone who can.
